“I have a hard time finding you - where are you located?”
Our address is 2817 St.Joseph Blvd, on the corner of Edgar Brault on the north side of the street.
“Can I call ahead to place an order?”
Yes, absolutely! Give us a call at 613-424-6003 and we will be happy to prepare your order in advance for pickup!
“Can I order delivery?”
Yes you can! We are partnered with Skip the Dishes so as long as you’re within their delivery radius then you’re golden! As well, we do offer our own delivery for catering orders as long as we have 48+ hours notice and have a delivery driver available
“How does Skip the Dishes work?”
Skip the Dishes is a third-party delivery company that partners with local restaurants to get the best food in the city delivered right to your door! To order, you must first create an account before finding the restaurant you’d like to order from (LunchBox of course!). Once you place the order, it is sent to our tablet where we accept the order to confirm we have received it and provide Skip the Dishes with a time to send a driver for pickup. Skip the Dishes then matches your order with a driver and that driver is sent our way to pick up the food before delivering it to you!
*Note: Due to the fact that Skip the Dishes is a third-party company, any issues that may arise are out of our hands 95% of the time. Once we have received an order we cannot affect it in any way and have no control over the actual Skip the Dishes delivery drivers. If you face an issue with your order on Skip the Dishes, please give their customer service line a call at 1-855-200-7547.
“How many people do I need for a catering order?”
Our minimum number of people for a pickup catering order is 10, however, that number may vary if delivery is required and depends on how far the delivery is.
“How much time in advance should I submit my catering order?”
We ask for 48+ hours notice in order to be able to purchase and prepare the food, however, there is a chance we may still be able to do it with less than 48 hours notice depending on our volume of catering. That being said, the more time you give us the more likely it is we will be able to fill your catering request!
“Do I have to use one of the request forms on your website?”
Yes, please! We organize all our catering through these forms as they prompt our guests for all the information required and leaves a paper trail for order accuracy on our end. If you’re having trouble with the form, feel free to call us or email us at email@example.com for assistance.
“How much does it cost for catering?”
It really depends on what you’re looking for exactly, but it ranges from $9-$15/person on average.
“What’s the difference between buffet-style and LunchBoxes?”
Buffet-style is best for variety and sharing for guests. Sandwiches come on shareable platters and salads come in large bowls/boxes for guests to grab at their leisure.
The LunchBoxes of “LunchBox Combos” come with a sandwich and salad or snack contained within each box. Guests can grab a box and go, making it easier for large groups with minimal mess/waste.
Both options are priced the same, so it really depends on what style is better suited for your event/meeting!
“I have a group of people that are interested in your catering services, is it possible for everyone to choose what they want from your menu?”
The short answer is no, unfortunately. We have a lot of options in order to give our guests as much choice as possible, however, it becomes very difficult to put together (for the individual gathering orders and for us to build them in an organized fashion) when there is a group of 20 people who all want different sandwiches, snacks, salad, cookie dough, and drinks. If you’re a bigger group and still want the option to have boxes, we would be happy to provide you with up to 4 different combinations of sandwich+salad or sandwich+snack for guests to choose from!
