How to Place a Catering Order

Choose whether you would like the “buffet-style” party boxes or the individually boxed lunches and click the “Permission Slip” button below the desired option

1. Fill in all of your order information

2. From the drop down menu, select which sandwiches you would like (up to 3 types)

3. Choose any “extra options” you would like to add to your order

4. Indicate any special instructions or allergies you would like to mention in the “Special Instructions” box

5. Hit submit and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order as soon as possible!

   • Please check your “SPAM” folder if you haven’t seen a reply, sometimes our responses to the permission slip end up there!

Catering FAQ

How much is delivery?

• Delivery availability varies and is offered through GopherIt Deliveries ($22+tax flat rate), please provide as much notice as possible for orders requiring delivery. Delivery is based out of our Orleans location.

• Pickup orders available at our Orleans location.

• Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the order.

How much notice do you need to do a catering order?

• Orders placed with less than 72 hours notice can sometimes be accommodated, but may be subjected to an extra “rush” fee

How many of each of the 3 sandwich types do I get?

• Catering orders come standard with an even distribution between the 3 sandwich types, but if you would like specific numbers of each sandwich please let us know in the special instructions

Do you require a deposit?

If we have to cancel our order after it’s been confirmed, is there a cancellation fee?
